    What: A 4-month part-time coding program between Aug-Dec 2019 that accepts 20 young individuals in areas that are underrepresented in the technology & startup industry.

     

    Jumpstart Academy program enables talents to incubate and launch new products and to nurture each person’s entrepreneurial and leadership skills. To achieve this, we integrate startup principles and practices and experience-based learning methodologies, in a highly stimulating and collaborative learning environment.

    Open for Application

    We open up for applications, to our coding bootcamp. To increase diversity in the tech scene of Sweden we had to go create talents with diversity.

    Recruitment

    Our requirements we prioritise applications from an underrepresented group. This year we choosing 20 talents. Always 50/50 gender ratio

    Interviews

    Provided talents with problem solving and personality tests, then 1 on 1 interviews.

    Online Prep

    Talents during the summer break go through the online courses to prep.

    Teachers

    We also opened up recruitment to find the best teachers and coders out there. From all the applications we have chosen and hired two talented part-time teachers that will teach Front-end development during the Autumn.

    Kick-Off

    On 26th Aug 2019 kick off for our 20 talents at Changers Hub.

    Deliver

    For 16 weeks

    Mon,Tues and Thursdays

    6pm-9pm

    part-time coding sessions combined with online work at home they will rotate between startup offices in Stockholm.

    Launch

    In the end of the 16 weeks they will a demo day/career day
